When Staying Fit is a Feat....

Total Mommy Fitness, a local pre-natal and post-natal workout service, has created an innovative and highly successful concept to help expecting mothers get in shape and stay fit, even after baby's arrival. The Total Mommy Fitness team is dedicated to helping moms make fitness feasible by providing exercise and nutritional programs that fit into busy schedules. They focus on supporting expecting mom’s overall health and wellness during pregnancy by offering customized workouts plus nutritional advice. Their programs strengthen women for labor and delivery as well as instill a healthy lifestyle that they carry into their post-natal months. Viacord Lunch and Learn

Are you expecting and considering storing your baby's cord blood? Viacord, a company who offers cord blood banking, is hosting a free, informative luncheon for parents-to-be, this Monday at McCormick and Schmick’s in the Domain. This informal event will give expecting families an opportunity to learn more about cord blood banking as well as ask a representative questions. Jack and the Beanstalk Performance
July 18th-August 10th
The timeless tale of little Jack, who trades his cow for “magic beans,” is retold for audiences of all ages. Collaboration with Austin’s Trouble Puppet Theatre Company turns this fairytale into a fantastical puppet adventure.
